    Your membership lasts for 12 months from the day you enroll.

    Yes, you can view the videos on any device. All videos are embedded using Vimeo. Please check the accessibility of Vimeo in your individual country to ensure that videos can be viewed from your location.
  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, once payment has been made, refunds or partial refunds cannot be given.
  • Do you have a monthly subscription option?
    No, unfortunately, the only option is to pay for the year in full.
  • Can I download the videos for watching offline?
    No, unfortunately, this function isn’t available on our membership platform.
  • My login/password isn’t working, how can I reset it?
